Minister Alain AKOUALA ATIPAULT. "I am very pleased with the serious and good work done by officials and agents of the said ministries and I take this opportunity to congratulate them sincerely. Now the next step will be the authentication of the owners, people on the site, and then will follow the land investigation. Globally, the next immediate step will be the passing of the law ready to be enlisted in the Council of Ministers which will be voted in parliament. We definitely hope this will be done during this parliamentary session and it is important not only for our own country, but also essential for our international visibility, and in relation to our partnership with China ".
